Tour rider for “Via Krapiva”
Requirements on organization for the invitation party:
1. Payment of return trip expenses for VIA "Krapiva" (hereinafter referred to as the
ensemble) either by air (economy class) or by train (two compartments provided the trip
takes 8 hrs max).
The tickets are purchased by the invitation party and sent in advance.
2. In case visa is required to enter a country the invitation party is responsible for
procedures for the ensemble to obtain visas, the exception being that some of the
artists already have valid visas.
3. Accomodation: Hotel: (three standard double rooms 3*** hotel or higher class).
Hotel room is required in case the ensemble is staying at a city for 6 hrs and more.
4. Three full meals per day during all the period of stay (no fast food accepted).
5. Invitation party is to meet and accompany the ensemble from the airport (the train
station), as well as to see off to the airport (the train station).
The trips the city are carried in the microbus.
6. The ensemble is not responsible for flight delays, late arrival of trains, car breakage,
as well as force-major circumstances such as earthquakes and floods.
7. Room for the ensemble to prepare before the performance (dressing room or
other). The dressing room to contain full-height mirror, iron, six chairs, six bottles of still
mineral water, juice, sandwiches, tea, coffee, tissues.
Payment of the Honorarium:
2 variants of payment of the honorarium to the ensemble.
- 100% pre-payment.
- 50% pre-payment. The other 50% are paid not later than 60 minutes before the performance starts.
In case the payment is not fulfilled, the performance will be cancelled!
The first 50% pre-payment is irrevocable and shall be accounted as a penalty.
Technical preferences:
- Optimum equipment power on the basis of 10 kilowatt per 1000 viewers;
- Screen monitor lines (for large areas);
- Three vocal microphones (wireless!!!);
- Sound processing - "HALL"
- Technical capacity to connect the guitar (jack), bass-guitar (jack) and button accordion (our wireless microphone clothespin) with the remote control of the directing manager;
- Mini CD-jukebox with automatic stop function;
- CD-jukebox;
Professional audioman (from the invitation party) during sound check as well as to manage and handle the remote control during the performance;
Operating personnel of the invitation party will prepare the stage and handle the necessary commutations (sound, light) before the sound check;
The sound in the area is to be installed and checked by the invitation party before the sound check and the performance begin;
*Necessary addition:
In case your premises do not require "large" sound, there will be less equipment (details are discussed personally by phone).
All equipment is to be in good order and set for operations. In case this requirement is violated, VIA "Krapiva" shall not bear any responsibility for further operability of the equipment!!!
